Information

Sir Francis Bacon said “Knowledge is Power” and in terms of the labour landscape in South Africa today, knowledge and information on workplace issues is vitally important, for contact centre employees and employers alike.

The NCCU has as one of its objectives, the dissemination of interesting and useful information to its members. It is through the sharing of this knowledge that people are empowered.

The information gathered by the NCCU and posted on the site covers many different labour-related topics, including information relating specifically to the contact centre environment. These are updated regularly so that you have pertinent and relevant information at your fingertips.
