About The National Contact Centre Union

Contact centres are not driven by technology, but by people and it is these individuals that the NCCU is here to serve.

Contact centres have become a core function in the operation of many businesses and staff loyalty in contact centres is important. Commitment and communication from management is equally important in retaining key staff.

The biggest driver of loyalty in contact centre agents is the reputation of the organisation, followed by fairness at work, satisfaction with day-to-day activities and creating feelings of accomplishment. The NCCU offers valuable labour-related services to its members in order to create this loyalty, through the provision of information relating to industry standards and the betterment of working conditions within the contact centre industry.
